    Description
    Key Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Acknowledgment of order receipt and placement of orders
    • Confirmation and follow up on vendor delivery dates
    • Review and Edit Piece Estimate and Bill of Materials for each order
    • Gem acquisition coordination
    • Quality assurance coordination
    • Track and follow up on all merchandise orders
    • Create delivery schedule
    • Responsible for costing and final pricing of all products
    • Generate regular progress and production reports against open orders
    • Manage consignment inventory and vendor relationship
    • Visit vendor facilitates to ensure compliance with HW policies and procedures along with assuring that current production is on schedule.
    Profile
    Degrees & Experience:

    • Previous experience in jewelry merchandising, manufacturing and/or buying
    • Bachelors Degree and/or combination of 4 years experience needed
    • Candidate must have excellent communication and computer skills
    • Strong organizational and problem solving skills necessary
    • Gemstone handling experience a plus
