XXVI Biennale Des Antiquaires

September 18, 2012

The exceptional treasures presented at the XXVI Biennale de Antiquaires highlight the breadth and beauty of Winston designs. Their sense of creative freedom draws inspiration from the beauty of nature – necklaces, bracelets and earrings brought to life, as if propelled by a powerful natural force. Each individual stone is carefully set by hand, lending its own unique beauty and personality to each final composition. Each breathtaking design – from an enchanting diamond wave necklace with an exceptional 60.14-carat (D-IF) pear-cut diamond to a necklace with cascading drops of the deepest blue sapphires -- captures the unmistakable glamour and purity that Harry Winston is known for.

Among the most spectacular creations that traveled to Paris from the legendary workshops on New York’s Fifth Avenue is a new High Jewelry collection dedicated to nature’s most precious elements. Unique in its kind and to be exclusively unveiled at the Biennale des Antiquaires, this collection heralds a new chapter in the history of Harry Winston with extraordinary, newly imagined designs. Featuring fluid lines and pristine purity, this new collection brings high jewelry on a journey to the very heart of nature, experienced in a way that only Harry Winston can offer.

Introducing a Variation of Lily Cluster

June 01, 2012

An enduring icon of American glamour, the Harry Winston Cluster has been a defining part of the Winston tradition for more than six decades. Dating back to archives from the early 1940s, the refined design draws inspiration from nature: the sculptured geometry of flowers and leaves, and the elegant fluidity with which they take shape.

Winston’s Lily Cluster Collection explores these early cluster drawings from the archives, reinterpreting the iconic Cluster motif through a unique, contemporary perspective. Recalling the shape of lilies in bloom, the collection presents a charming bouquet of personal, daytime diamond jewels – pendants, earrings, bracelets, rings, and hair barrettes - in yellow gold and platinum.

In Spring 2012, the Lily Cluster Collection continues to blossom with the introduction of an extended series of earrings and pendants, in a delicate new proportion. Crafted with round diamonds, the ethereal, yet dimensional design allows for the expression of a timeless style, no matter the occasion or the hour.

Harry Winston Shanghai Pavilion

April 27, 2012

Opened in April 2012, located in Shanghai’s prestigious Xintiandi district, the freestanding salon represents Harry Winston’s first retail Pavilion in the world and provides a 360-degree view of the new, groundbreaking architectural space design. The Pavilion’s grand exterior combines references to Harry Winston’s historic architectural elements with traditional Shanghai architecture. Like a brilliant diamond window, a wall of faceted misted-gold glass wraps around the Pavilion providing glimpses of the magnificent collections displayed inside. The interior layout is organized around a soaring two-story atrium that welcomes guests into the stunning world of Harry Winston. A faceted glass skylight and custom tiered drop chandelier illuminate the space with a softer, natural light. A charcoal grey and white starburst marble floor and antique Maison Jansen accents recall Harry Winston’s historic Fifth Avenue headquarters (designed by Jansen in 1960).
